PackItPal Terms of Service

PackItPal coordinates permitted, visible items with verified people already taking a compatible trip. Members must provide accurate identity, route and item information; follow the prohibited-item policy; inspect items before custody; and use handoff codes only at the correct physical handoff. PackItPal may pause or close accounts that create safety, payment, fraud or policy risk.

Marketplace fees and traveler rewards are shown before checkout. Item protection is not included unless checkout expressly identifies an active policy and links to its approved coverage terms. Payment status does not by itself confirm delivery or authorize traveler payout. Applicable refund, dispute and privacy procedures remain available through the account and support pages.
