PackItPal uses account, route, transaction and identity-review information to operate the marketplace, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations. Identity documents are stored separately from public profile information and are available only to authorized administrators for review.

PackItPal does not display identity documents to other members. Contact PackItPal Help to request access, correction or deletion when retention is not required for an active transaction, dispute, fraud prevention or legal obligation.
